This is the 5th year they've cleaned my laundry dryer system. Excellent service. Technicians are always prompt, thorough, and efficient and the service charge is reasonable.

Once again, as always (we have our vents cleaned 2 - 3 times per yr) we had a great experience. Dryer Vent Cleaning does a fantastic job, and is the reason why our non-commercial dryer has lasted for more than 5 years at our business. Our dryer runs continuously all day everyday during the work week.
Used them 16months ago service was great. Used them recently not so great. The dryer vent came loose 2 days after they worked on it and they don't respond to calls or messages or e mails. Won't be using them again due to the lack of ability to make contact with them. Update don't be fooled by company response to me they still haven't done anything nor reached out to make things right.
Julian was very pleasant and professional. He did a great job in every way. I felt like he went above and beyond what was expected.
I will definitely recommend Dryer Vent Cleaning to all of my neighbors.

Timely, professional and did a great job! Our dryer vent empties out topside on the roof and I greatly appreciate the fact they went up, measured the flow and provided before/after pics of the job. Will definitely use again! Julian was great!!!
Dryer Vent Cleaning, Inc is truly outstanding. They were able to diagnose and repair an issue that other vent cleaning companies could not fix. In addition, they gave me recommendations that will ensure my dryer works worry free for many years.

The tech, Romero, was polite, clean, articulate, and knowledgeable. Here is what he did: Put on slip-on shoe covers to protect the floors; great with my dogs; patient while I asked a few questions; cleaned up the lint filter including the top of my dryer, back of dryer, floor, and inside vent, roof vent, etc; MOST IMPORTANT, when complete, Romero showed me before and after pictures of every step (including the roof vent cleaning and air flow).
I'm a single guy with 2 dogs and the last time I cleaned the vent was 3 yrs ago, I should have done a year or so sooner - that may help determine how often you need to have it done. Those with a family or do more than 1-load/wk, may want to keep closer to the recommended 1x/yr AND use this company.
It is rare you can find small companies you can trust.
